Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held on 18 Mangsir 2076 has decided to distribute 12.75% bonus shares.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and Annual general meeting (AGM).
