Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Santha has announced dividend from the income of FY 2076/77 to its shareholders.
Board meeting of the company held on 31 Bhadra 2077 has proposed 15% or Rs.3.48 crore bonus share and 0.7894737% or Rs.18.33 lakh cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming annual general meeting.
Currently its paid up capital is Rs.23.22 crore.
