Shine Resunga Development Bank has proposed dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/76.
As per notice in Nepse, board meeting of the company held on 01 Chaitra 2076 has proposed 15% bonus shares.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming Annual general meeting.
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.2.62 arba.
