Gandaki Bikas Bank Limited has proposed 19.31% dividend to its shareholders from income of FY 2073/74.
The board meeting of the development bank propose 19.31% or Rs.44,50,92,250 bonus share to its shareholders.
The decision is subjected to approve from AGM & Nepal Rastra Bank.
Currently its paid up capital is 2.30 arba. After bonus adjustment, capital will reach to 2.75 arba.
Gandaki Bikas Bank had posted 20.45 crore in the Q2 of currently FY2074/75.
