Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has announced book close for annual general meeting (AGM).
The book will be closed on 30 Mangsir 2076. Those shareholders who hold shares till 29 Mangsir 2076 will be eligible to participate in AGM.
Annual general meeting will be held on 17 Poush 2076 at Amribhog, Kalikasthan, Dillibazar, kathmandu, 11:00 am.
The agendas of AGM are;
To endorse 6.8% cash dividend for shareholders from income of FY 2075/76.
To approved audited financial statements of FY 2075/76
To appoint statutory auditors for FY 2076/77
Merger and acquisitions with appropriate banks and financial institutions
Currently, its paid up capital stand at Rs.2.54 aba.
