Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Santha has announced book close for annual general meeting (AGM).
The book will be closed on 30 Mangsir 2076. Those shareholders who shold shares till 29 Mangsir 2076 will be eligible to participate in AGM.
Annual general meeting will be held on 13 Poush 2076 at celebration Banquet, bhagawatibahal, naxal, kathmandu, 10:30 am.
From AGM the company will endorse 25% bonus shares and 15.53% cash dividend including total dividend tax.
It will endorse audited financial statement of FY 2075/76 and appoint statutory auditors for FY 2076/77.
Currently, its paid up capital stand at Rs.1.20 arba.
