Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has called annual general meeting (AGM).
18th AGM will be held on 20 Poush 2076 at Alish receptions, Gairidhara, Kathmandu,11:00 AM.
The book will be remains closed on 01 Poush 2076. Those shareholders who hold shares till 30 Mangsir 2076 will be eligible to participate in AGM and claim for dividend.
From AGM the company will endorse 26% or Rs.16.35 crore bonus shares and 14% or Rs.8.80 crore cash dividend including total dividend tax.
It will endorse audited financial statement of FY 2075/76 and appoint statutory auditors for FY 2076/77. Provide authority for BOD to find appropriate financial institutions for merger & acquisitions.
Currently, its paid up capital stand at Rs.62.88 crore.
