Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) has adjusted stock price of Prabhu Bank Limited for 16% Bonus share.
The Adjusted Price is Rs.230.17 for 16% bonus share.
Adjustment formula = Price before book close / 1 + Bonus %
Bonus share will be distributed to shareholders after the approval from annual general meeting. It has announced 16% bonus share & 0.8421% cash dividend for shareholders from income of FY 2075/76.
AGM will be held on 06 Mangsir 2076 at corporate office of Prabhu Bank Limited.
