Swabhiman Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has proposed dividend from the net profit of FY 2075/76 for its shareholders.
The board meeting of the microfinance held on 26 Bhadra 2076 has proposed 24% or Rs.1.48 crore and 1.27% or Rs.7.81 lakh cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Nepal and upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.6.18 crore.
