Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced bonus shares & cash dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2075/76.
Board meeting of the company held on 20 Bhadra 2076 has decided to distributed 7% or Rs.1.30 crore bonus shares and 10.89% or Rs.2.02 crore cash dividend including dividend tax.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra bank (NRB) and annual general meeting (AGM).
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.18.60 crore.
