Suryodaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced dividend for its shareholders from the income of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of company held on 07 Bhadra 2076 had decided to distribute 44.4778% or Rs.4.80 crore bonus shares and 2.3409% or Rs.25.26 lakh for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected to approved from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and upcoming annual general meeting (AGM).
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.10.79 crore.
