Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2075/76.
As per the notice, board meeting of the company held on 32 Shrawan 2076 has decided to distribute 35% or Rs.3.86 crore bonus shares and 1.84% or Rs.20.34 lakh cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming Annual General meeting (AGM).
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.11.04 crore.
