Nepal stock exchange (Nepse) has adjusted stock price of Nepal Insurance Company Limited for 7.50% Bonus share.
The Adjusted Price is Rs.321.86 for 7.50% bonus share. Price before book close Rs.346.
Adjustment formula = Price before book close / 1 + Bonus %
Bonus share will be distributed to shareholders after the approval from annual general meeting.
