Siddhartha bank has announced book close date for upcoming AGM on 4 Chaitra 2074. It has announced 14 % bonus share for its shareholders by the AGM it will be approve.
As per the notice published in Nepse, for this AGM, SBL set a book closure date for 20 Falgun 2074. Those shareholder who buy share within 19 Falgun; one day a head of book close will be eligible for 14% bonus share.
Currently, Its paid up capital is 6.82 arba. After 14% bonus share, capital will reach to 7.78 arba.
It has been issuing 10 % right share from 2 Falgun. After right share, its paid up capital will cross 8 arba capital requirement of NRB.
It has posted net profit of 77.28 crore in the second quarter of FY2074/75.
The last trading price is Rs.358.
