As per Nepse, the following two company has listed bonus shares & right shares for trading.
75,40,352.73 Units Rights Share of Asian Life Insurance Co. Limited has been listed. It is 60% right shares on paid up capital of Rs.1.25 arba.
After 60% right shares , paid up capital reach to 2.01 arba.
2,11,312.5 units bonus share of NMB Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has been listed. It is 15% of bonus shares on paid up capital of Rs.14.08 crore from the income of FY 2074/75.
Paid up capital reach to Rs.16.20 crore after bonus share.
