Everest Insurance Company had allotted 300% right shares to its existing shareholders, The company had floated 82,19,475 units of share from 14 Jestha to 16 Asar 2076.
The company had allotted 76,89,656 units of shares for valid applicants. 529,819 units shares remain unsold which will be sold through auction soon.
The issue was managed by Siddhartha capital limited.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.27.39 crore. After issuance of 300% right shares paid up capital will reach to Rs.1.09 arba.
