Nepse lists 4.75 lakh units of bonus shares for trading; today 25 Ashad 2076.
As per Nepse, 4, 75,200 units bonus share of Gurans Life Insurance Company Ltd. has been listed. It is 8% of paid up capital of Rs.59.40 crore from the income of FY 2074/75.
These shares can be traded after getting into Demat Account
After bonus share, paid up capital reach to Rs.64.15 crore. It had already floated 50% right share, paid up capaital reach to Rs.93.85 crore after right share adjustment.
