Nepal Insurance Company has announced dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per notice in Nepse, the board meeting of company held on today; 05 Asar 2076 has decided 7.5% or Rs.7.64 crore bonus shares and Rs.40.22 lakh cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected to approve from Beema samiti and upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) of the company.
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.1.01 arba.
