Sagarmatha Insurance company has announced book close for annual general meeting (AGM). The book will be close from 01 Ashad to 13 Ashad 2076 for AGM. Investors should hold shares till 32 Jestha 2076 or one day before book close to attain AGM & grab dividend. There is no trading just before book close day, 30 Jestha is last day to garb dividend.
AGM will be convened on 13 Ashad 2076 at Aamrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni,Kathmandu, 11:00 Am.
The major agenda of AGM is to endorse 86%or Rs. 46.29 crore bonus shares from income for shareholders. Others agendas are to approve financial statement & appointment of auditors for FY 2075/76.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.53.82 crore.
