Shivam cements Limited has announced book close for annual general meeting (AGM). The book close date is set for 26 Chaitra 2075. the shareholders who get registered in the book within 25 Chaitra 2075 or one day before book close will be eligible for attaining AGM.
It will convene annual general meeting (AGM) on 09 Baishak 2076 at Rastriya Sabhagriha, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The agendas of AGM are as follows
- To endorse 15.7895% or 69.47 crore cash divivdend for shareholders.
- To approve audited financial statement of FY 2074/75.
- To appointed statutory auditors for FY 2075/76.
- To provide authority for board to increase capabilities of the company in the future, diversification of production, purchasing land, etc.
- Merger & acquisitions of other company having similar objectives.
- To elect 1 members from public shareholder group.
