Century commercial bank has announced divided for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per notice in Nepse, the board meeting of the company held on 05 Chaitra 2075 had decided to distribute 6.5% dividend (2% or 16.15 crore Bonus share and 4.5% or 37.12 crore cash dividend) including tax for total dividend.
The decision is subjected to approve from NRB and upcoming AGM.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.8.25 arba.
