Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced book close for annual general meeting.
The AGM will be convening on 23 Chaitra 2075 Bauba Hotel, Lalgad, Dhanusha.
The book will be close 11 Chaitra 2075. Those shareholders who hold shares till 10 Chaitra or one day before book close 2075 will be eligible to participate in AGM.
The agendas of AGM are:
- To endorse 10.45% bonus share from Rs.6.59 crore paid up capital & Rs. 3.62 lakh Cash dividend from the income from FY2074/75
- To hike its authorized capital to Rs.20 crore from Rs. 10 crore.
- To endorse financial statement of FY 2073/74
- To appoint statutory auditors for FY 2075/76
- To change capital structure from 70: 30 to 51:49.
- To elect 2 members from ordinary shareholder group.
- To work as insurance agent.
- Merger & acquisition with appropriate financial institutions
Paid up capital will reach to Rs.10.58 crore after adjustment of Bonus share & 50% right share.
It has been issuing 50% right share, Only few days remaining.
