Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announces book close annual general meeting.
The book will be close from 29 Falgun 2075 to 26 Chaitra 2075 for AGM. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 28 Falgun 2075 or one day before book close will be eligible to participate in AGM.
Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 26 Chaitra 2075 at Amrapali cottage & restaurant, Butwal, Rupandehi at 11:00AM.
Agendas of AGM are;
- To provide authority for BOD to find appropriate Banks & financial institutions for merger & acquisition & signed MOU and assets & liabilities valuation through DDA.
- To extend its branches network & services to national level from 15 districts level.
- To endorse audited financial statements of FY 2074/75
- To appointed statutory auditors for FY 2075/76
- To elect 2 members from ordinary shareholder group
- To Amend MOA & AOA
