Agricultural Development Bank to convene Annual General meeting on 15 Chaitra 2075.
As per the notice in NEPSE, the board meeting of the bank held on 01 Falgun 2075 had decided to convene AGM on 15 Chaitra 2075 at Agricultural Development Bank, Bhaktpaur Bode.
From the AGM the bank will pass 6% Bonus Share & 15.053% cash dividend for its shareholders.
Preference shareholder also get 6% cash dividend.
The bank is delayed on publishing notice regarding AGM Date.
