Prabhu Bank announce book close for Annual General meeting (AGM).
The book will be close on 06 Falgun to 19 Falgun 2075 for AGM. Those shareholders who hold shares till 05 Falgun 2075 will be eligible to participate in AGM & claim for dividend.
Annual general meeting to be convene on 19 Falgun 2075 at corporate office of the bank, Babarmahal Kathmandu, 1:00 PM.
The agendas of AGM are;
- To approve 8% Bonus Share and 0.4211% cash dividend for shareholders
- To change capital structure to 55:45 from 61.31:38.69 between promoter & public
- To endorse audited financial statement of FY 2074/75
- To appoint statutory Auditors for FY 2075/76
- To amend MOA & AOA
- To provide authority from BOD to find out appropriate BFIS for merger/ Acquisitions and asset & liabilities valuation through DDA.
