IPO of Asha Laghubitta Biitiya sanstha has been allotted today, at the premises of Prabhu Capital Limited. The issue was open from 18 Magh to 22 Magh 2075 for general public.
Total 309,782 applications was received for 1,15,82,230 unit of shares. Out of which 677 applicants remains invalid. The company has allotted 10 units each for 62,993 applicants through lottery.
It had allocated 0.5% or 10,370 units for employees of company and 5% or 33,700 units for existing mutual funds and remaining 6,29,930 units for general public.
The issue is managing by Prabhu Capital Limited.
Its paid up capital is Rs.14 crore, After IPO issuance, paid up capital will reach to Rs. 20.74 crore.
