Universal Power Company to issue IPO shares from 25 Magh 2075 to general public. The issue will be remains open till 29 Magh 2075.
The company will be issuing 93,27,410 units share at the rate of Rs.100 for general public. The issue includes 17,66.150 units which was under subscribe by locals.
The company had allocated 1,83,548 units for employees, 4,66,370 units for existing mutual fund & remaining 86,74,492 units for general public.
Interest local applicants apply for minimum 50 units & maximum 50 lakh units.
Siddhartha capital has been appointed as issue manger for IPO.
Interested applicants can apply from all the C-ASBA approved Banks & financial institutions.
ICRA Nepal assigned grade 4 for the IPO.
It is currently developing Tallo Khare Khola Hydropower Project. It has capacity of 11 MW in Dolakha District.
