Goodwill finance announced book close for Annual General Meeting(AGM).
The book will be close from 27 Magh to 10 Falgun 2075. Those shareholders who hold shares till 26 Magh 2075 or one ahead of book close in eligible to participate in AGM.
AGM will be held on Goodwill complex, Hattisar, Kathmandu on 10 Falgun 2075 at 11:00 AM.
AGM will endorse 5.263% cash dividend for shareholders, audited financial statement, appointment of auditor, etc.
To work as issuance agent taking permission from concern bodies.
