Himal Dolakha Hydropower Company Limited to issue initial public offering (IPO) worth Rs.78 crore. IPO will be issued for both locals & general public. It had applied for approval from Security board of Nepal (SEBON).
It will be issuing 16,00,000 units for locals of projected affected areas and 62,00,000 units of general public after approval.
Global IME Capital Limited has been appointed as issue manager for issue.
It had completed 4.5 MW Mai Khola Small Hydropower project In Godak VDC & nearly completed 8 MW Mai samall Cascade Hydropower project in Illam.
