Nepal stock exchange (Nepse) has adjusted stock price of Bank of Kathmandu Limited for 14% Bonus share. The Adjusted Price is Rs.288.60 for 14% bonus share. Its Average base price is Rs.328.30. Price before book close Rs.329.
Adjustment formula = Price before book close / 1 + Bonus %
Bonus share will be distributed to shareholders after the approval from annual general meeting. It has announced 14% bonus share & 11% cash dividend for shareholders.
