Asha Laghubitta Biitiya sanstha to issue IPO worth Rs. 6.74 crore for general public. Security board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted final approval on 29 Poush 2075 to issue initial public offering (IPO) for general public.
The Microfinance Company will be issuing 6,74,000 units of Share at the face value of Rs.100.
IPO will be floated soon as it has got approval from SEBON.
Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as issue manager.
It is located in Nuwakot district.
Its paid up capital is Rs.14 crore, After IPO issuance, paid up capital will reach to Rs. 20.74 crore.
