Nepal Hydro Developers announces Bonus share & Cash dividend for shareholders from the earning of FY2074/75.
As per Nepse, the board meeting of the company held on 9 Poush 2075 has decided to distribute 4% bonus share & Rs.5.47 lakh Cash Dividend for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected to approved from the upcoming Annual General meeting (AGM).
