Nepal stock exchange (Nepse) has adjusted stock price of Siddhartha Bank for 5% Bonus share. The Adjusted Price is Rs.309.52 for 5% bonus share. Its Average base price is Rs.355.76. Price before book close Rs.325.
Adjustment formula = Price before book close / 1 + Bonus %
Bonus share will be distributed to shareholders after the approval from annual general meeting. AGM to held on 23 Poush 2075 at Rastriya Sabhagriha, Kathmandu, 11:00 AM.
