Last day to apply for 50% right shares of Kisan Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha. The right share issue will be closed today, 08 Poush 2075. The issue was open from 02 Mangsir 2075.
The company is issuing 50% or 2, 40,250 unit shares at the rate of Rs.100 for shareholders.
The book was closed on 13 Kartik 2075. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 12 Kartik 2075 or one day ahead of book close will be eligible for right share.
Civil Capital limited is appointed as issue manager.
The eligible shareholder can apply from all C- ASBA approved Bank & financial institutions.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.4.80 crore. After 50% right shares, paid up capital will reach to Rs.7.20 crore.
