Sindhu Bikas Bank has announced Book close & AGM. The book will be close from 17 Poush to 28 Poush 2075 for AGM. Those shareholders who hold shares till 16 Poush 2075 will be eligible to participate in AGM & claim for dividend.
It is to be convene annual general meeting (AGM) on 28 Poush 2075 at Melamchi River Resort, Sindhupalchok at 11:00AM.
The agendas of AGM are;
- To provide authority to board of director to find out appropriate banks & financial institutions for Merger/Acquisitions and Assets/liabilities valuation through Due diligence audit (DDA) and signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
- To work elect 3 director from promoter shareholder group
- To endorse audited financial statement of FY 2074/75
- To appoint statutory Auditors for FY 2075/76
