Himalayan Bank has announced 15.7895% dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 03 Poush 2075 had decided to distribute 5% Bonus Share and 10.78.95% Cash dividend including tax for total dividend.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming AGM.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.8.11 arba. After bonus adjustment, paid up capital will reach to Rs.8.51aba.
