Global IME Bank has announced 16% dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 18 Mangsir 2075 had decided to distribute 16% Bonus Share for its shareholders.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming AGM.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.8.88 arba.
