Kumari Bank has announced 12.75% dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2073/74.
As per the notice published in Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 16 Mangsir 2075 had decided to distribute 12.75% or 91.32 crore Bonus Share for its shareholders.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming AGM.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.7.16 arba.
