United Modi Hydropower has announced 5% dividend for shareholder from the income of FY2074/75.
As per notice in Nepse, the board meeting held on 09 Mangsir 2075 had decided to distribute 5% or 5.75 crore cash dividend for shareholder.
The decision is subjected to approve from upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Its paid up capital is Rs.1.15 arba.
