Muktinath Bikas Bank to conduct 12th Annual General Meeting on 29 Mangsir 2075. The AGM will be held at City Square, Newroad Pokhara at 11:00AM.
The book will be remains closed from 18 Mangsir to 29 Mangsir 2075. Those shareholders who hold shares till 17 Mangsir 2075 or one day before book close will be eligible to participate in AGM.
The agendas of AGM are;
- To approve 18.25% or 47.29 crore bonus share & 0.96% or Rs.2.48 crore cash dividend for shareholders
- To issue 20% right shares after adjustment of 18.25 bonus share.
- To hike its authorized capital to Rs. 4 arba.
- To amend MOA & AOA of the company
- To provide authority for BOD for taking decision regarding merger/ acquisition and finding appropriate organization & sign MOU
- To endorse audited financial statement of FY2074/75
- To appoint auditor for FY2075/76, etc.
