NMB Microfinance Bittiya sanstha has announced 15.78% dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 29 Kartik 2075 had decided distributed 15% or Rs.2.11 crore bonus share & 0.789474% or Rs.11.12 lakh cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming AGM.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.14.87 crore.
