Srijana finance has announced 24.5% dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 19 Kartik 2075 had decided distributed 15% bonus share and 9.5% cash dividend including tax for total dividend.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming AGM.
