Life Insurance Corporation Nepal has changed in the previous announced dividend from the income of FY2073/74. Now the company has announced 12% bonus share & 0.63% cash dividend for tax purpose.
The company had announced 36% Bonus share & 1.8947% cash dividend for tax on 24 Shrawan 2075.
But due to non approval from Beema Samiti, The Company has changed 36% bonus share to 12% bonus shares and 0.63% cash dividend for tax purpose from the income of FY2073/74.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.1.33 arba.
