Mission development Bank has announced 11% bonus share for its shareholders from the income of FY2074/75.
As per notice published in Nespe, the company will distribute 11% or Rs.5.71 crore bonus shares & 0.5789% or 30.06 lakh cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected to approve from upcoming AGM & NRB.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.51.92 crore.
