IPO of Upper Tamakoshi hydropower to issue from 15 Kartik 2075. It will be opened till 19 Kartik 2075.
The company will be issuing 1,58,85,000 units to general public at the rate of Rs.100.
Interested applicants can apply minimum 50 units to maximum 1000 units.
Citizen Investment Trust & Sunrise Capital limited have been appointed as issue manager for IPO.
Interested applicants can apply from all the C-ASBA approved Bank & financial institutions.
It had floated 1,05,90,000 units share of locals of project affected areas in Shrawan 2075.
Paid up capital will reach to Rs. 10.59 arba after IPO issuance.
