Shree Investment & finance has announced 10% dividend to its shareholders from the net profit of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice in NEPSE, board meeting of the company decided to distribute 1.23% bonus share and 8.77% cash dividend including tax for dividend.
It will distribute 8 crore dividend for shareholders.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) of Company.
