National life insurance company has allotted 60% right shares for shareholders.
The company has allotted 96,58,358.20 unit shares to 8,773 valid applicants. The company had issue right shares from 01 Shrawan to 19 Bhadra 2075.
The insurance company had issued 10:06 or 99,36,477.5 units of right shares at the face value of Rs.100.
Unsold 2,78,119.30 unit shares will be sold through Auction soon.
NIBL Ace Capital had managed the issue.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.1.65 arba. After 60% right share, paid up capital will reach to Rs.2.64 arba.
