Today, last day to secure 8.40% dividend of Jyoti Bikas Bank. Annual General meeting (AGM) to held on 29 Ashoj 2075 Naxal Banquet, Kathmanu at 11:00 PM.
For AGM book will be remains close from 15 Ashoj to 29 Ashoj 2075. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 14 Ashoj or one day ahead of book close will be eligible to take part in AGM & get dividend.
The agendas of AGM are; to endorse 8.40% or Rs.21.80 crore cash dividend from FY2074/75, to covert 9.45% promoters share into ordinary share to change capital structure to 51:49, to approve acquisition of Hamro Bikas Bank & to approve 1:1 swap ratio through DDA, to amend MOA & AOA, to endorse audited report of FY2074/75, appointment of auditors, etc.
