Today, last day to secure 40% dividend of Bottlers Nepal (Terai) limited, 01 Ashoj 2075. Annual general meeting (AGM will be held on 16 Ashoj 2075 at premises of Hotel Radisson, Lazimpat at 10:00 PM.
The book will be remains close from 02 Ashoj till 16 ashoj 2075. Those shareholders who get registered in the book or hold shares within 01 Ashoj will be eligible for attending AGM.
The Major agendas of AGM are; to pass decision for term loans worth Rs. 2.85 arba from standard chartered bank, to approve financial statement of FY 2074/75, to appoint auditors, to approve 40% dividend, etc.
