Dividend Announcement by listed companies in Nepse has been started with the end of FY 2074/75. The following 31 listed companies have announced dividend from the income of previous FY 2074/75 till today, 31 Bhadra 2075. Most of companies have proposed mixed dividend (bonus share & cash dividend). None of commercial banks have announce dividend till now.
Upto now 10 Development banks, 12 Microfinance Company, 3 Finance company, 2 Mutual fund and 2 trading company have announces dividend from the income of FY2074/75.
These 10 development banks have proposed mixed dividend except Excel Development Bank & Jyoti Bikas Bank. Excel development has proposed only cash dividend of 17% & Jyoti Bikas Bank announced 8.4% cash dividend. Highest dividend is announced by Kabeli Bikas Bank of 35%.
Among the microfinance, except first microfinance & Swadeshi laghubitta have proposed bonus share & cash dividend. Suryodaya laghubitta have proposed highest dividend of 45% followed by Chhimek laghubitta by 40% & Kisan Microfinace by 30.53% dividend.
Janaki Finance announce 22% bonus share where as ICFC finance announce only 8% cash dividend. Siddhartha Equity oriented & NIBL Samriddhi fund-1 has declared 12% dividnd each.
Bottlers Nepal (Balaju) & Bottlers Nepal (Terai) have proposed 20% & 40% dividend. They have also calls AGM & announce book closure date too. AGM will be held on 15 & 16 of Ashoj 2075.
